This project involved the design of a modular rooftop mechanical enclosure supporting chillers, davits, and associated mechanical equipment for an active hospital facility. Innova engineered the structural support framing to accommodate equipment loads, maintenance access systems, and modular construction sequencing. The design balanced structural performance, constructability, and long-term maintenance requirements within a healthcare environment.
