Innova served as the structural engineer for the comprehensive design and remodel of the 5,000 square foot StripSteak restaurant at Mandalay Bay. Phases spanned from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring every detail aligned with the architect’s vision. Technical services included light gauge framing for walls and ceilings, as well as critical support details for custom light fixtures, interior signage, and new television installations. Notably, our team engineered the conversion of an existing mirror wall into a sophisticated, high-capacity wine display, enhancing both the aesthetic and functionality of the premier dining space.
