Pool and Como Restaurant Renovation

Innova is the structural engineer of record for the comprehensive 11,000 square foot renovation of the iconic Bellagio Pool deck and the adjacent Como Restaurant. Working in collaboration with the architect, we evaluated existing structural systems to recommend critical repairs and modernization upgrades. A primary feature of the remodel was the engineering of new structural elements, including a sophisticated glass atrium shade structure for the outdoor restaurant.
