Innova provided specialized structural engineering for Casa M, a contemporary 4,200 square foot luxury residence in the Lake Las Vegas community. This one-story modern home features a slab-on-grade foundation with a primarily wood-framed superstructure supported by open-web trusses and glulam beams. To achieve the architect's vision of expansive glazing and panoramic views, our team strategically placed steel columns at corner window conditions to maintain clean, unobstructed lines. The result is a residence that balances high-performance structural engineering with voluminous ceilings and a refined, open-concept living environment.
