Innova provided structural engineering for this ultra-luxury 30,000 square foot custom estate located in the exclusive Summit Club community of Summerlin. This expansive residence features a sophisticated structural system composed of wide-flange steel beams, tube columns, and custom curved roof sections. Notably, the team engineered dramatic, long-span cantilevered beams for the porte-cochere, creating a striking architectural statement. The design also incorporates a robust masonry-built basement and large-scale glazing, balancing complex modern aesthetics with the high-performance structural requirements necessary for a residence of this immense scale and luxury.
