As of January 2020, Innova is proud to be a member of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Each employee is given the opportunity to make a difference thanks to this unique ownership structure, which also holds them accountable to do their best work. The move signified the evolution of Innova as it transforms to fully embody its Core Values!
To learn and exchange information throughout the organization, employees are encouraged to attend seminars, conferences, and webinars. The company's ESOP Committee, which is made up of Employee-Owners, communicate this special benefit and the value ESOPs present as a qualified retirement plan that is recognized and regulated by the federal government by utilizing quarterly ESOP newsletters and yearly ESOP events held across the entire organization.
