CityCenter is a landmark mixed-use development encompassing hotels, residential towers, retail, and entertainment venues. Under an aggressive delivery schedule, Innova delivered comprehensive structural design and construction engineering services across the project. The scope included the design of more than 300 stair systems, stairs and rails for Blocks A and B, interior and exterior cladding supports, miscellaneous metals, furniture support elements, and structural framing for miscellaneous openings. The team also provided engineering for specialized components such as the exhaust plenum, performed pool deck assessments to support construction equipment loading, and developed erection and stability plans for the Harmon Road and Las Vegas Boulevard pedestrian bridge. Innova supported steel fabrication and provided project-wide construction engineering services, ensuring coordinated detailing, safe load transfer, and efficient field installation throughout this large-scale development.
