Innova managed the structural design for the sophisticated conversion of the Fleur restaurant into ORLA Mediterranean by Michael Mina at Mandalay Bay. This 8,059 square foot remodel required precise engineering to support a new entry façade, enhanced dining areas, and a full bar relocation. The scope included structural support for integrated signage and a new layout maximizing both operational efficiency and guest flow. By collaborating closely with the design team, we delivered a structurally sound environment that reflects the upscale, vibrant Mediterranean aesthetic of the brand.
